Screen Solutions Inc promises that you will be satisfied with our products and service or we will refund the total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs.
If when you receive your retractable screen from Screen Solutions Inc you are not completely satisfied with the product and the service you received you may contact Screen Solutions Inc and receive a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the product back. Your only obligation is to take reasonable care in repacking and returning the product to Screen Solutions Inc.
If when Screen Solutions Inc receives said product it is in reasonably new and resalable condition you will receive a full refund. If you have attempted to install the product and/or altered it in any way a reasonable amount to cover repairs will be deducted from the full refund.
